With personalized coaching, we will work together to create a customized plan that fits your unique lifestyle and goals. You will receive support, accountability, and guidance every step of the way. Our program focuses on Nutrition, Movement, Self-Care and Personal Identity.
Coaching packages include one-on-one meetings (virtual or in-person). You choose the frequency based on your availability and budget. All clients receive resources to support their goals including recipes, tip sheets, workbooks, trackers and informative articles. All clients have access to messaging coaching between meetings.
We believe that food is both fuel and fun. Food has a huge impact on how we feel inside and out. Our program focuses on habit-based shifts you can make to feel your best, while leaving room for your favourite foods (without guilt!)
Exercise doesn't have to feel like a chore. We will help you find fun and effective ways to move your body and improve your fitness. We offer classes, one-on-one training and DIY fitness calendars to fit your lifestyle. We don't recommend the same plan for everyone - movement should feel joyful and we help you identify what your body and soul need to feed good.
Life is busy. Self-care often takes a backseat to other people's priorities. Chronic stress can take a toll on your health and well-being. Let us help you implement small changes that allow you to connect with yourself and your values without adding too much more to your to-do list.
